By accessing or using the Haag Limited platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

Definitions

"Platform" refers to the Haag web application, mobile apps, and APIs. "User" refers to any individual or organization using the Platform. "Services" refers to all features and functionality provided by Haag.

Account Registration

You must provide accurate and complete information when registering. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activities under your account.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to: misuse the platform, upload malicious content, attempt unauthorized access, use the platform for illegal activities, or interfere with other users' access.

Intellectual Property

The Platform and its content are owned by Haag Limited and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute our content without written permission.

Payment Terms

Subscription fees are billed in advance. Late payments may result in service suspension. Refunds are issued at our discretion per our refund policy.

Limitation of Liability

Haag Limited is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid in the 12 months preceding the claim.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account for violations of these Terms. You may close your account at any time with 30 days' notice.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Disputes are resolved in the courts of Lagos State.
